ABOUT
Experienced, Reliable, & Honest
Troy Nolen, a native of Huntsville, is a long-established piano tuner in Huntsville and the surrounding areas, with over 35 years of experience (since 1990).
He services a significant number of pianos (over 1,400) for a diverse clientele, including individuals, churches, and prominent local institutions like the UAH Music Department and the Von Braun Center.
He attended Gulf Coast Bible College in Houston, TX and Warner University in Lake Wales, FL - both as a church music major. Upon returning to Alabama from Florida, he served as Minister of Music & Youth with a church in Hartselle before returning to Huntsville to take over the piano tuning business of his mentor.
Troy has been married to his high school sweetheart, Linda, since 1974 and they have one son, Kevin, and two adult granddaughters, and one great granddaughter!

Dec. 19, 2024 - Ben Folds - He tours as a pop artist, while also performing with some of the world’s greatest symphony orchestras, and currently serving as the Artistic Advisor to the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center.
Jan. 17,2025 - John Williams - American composer, conductor, and pianist who has composed some of the most recognizable and beloved film scores in history. His extensive list of film credits includes iconic scores for movies such as Star Wars, Jaws, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, and Schindler's List, among many others. Williams has won numerous awards throughout his career, including five Academy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, and 25 Grammy Awards, and he is widely regarded as one of the greatest film composers of all time. (I DID tune the piano, however, there is a twist - ask me!)
